Brad seems to have pulled back to cleaning carpets part time (a life-style business as they say) however earlier he listed a few deals on his website. The first is a sofa cleaning for $79 with some restrictions (i.e. additional costs may apply with dry-clean only fabrics), as well as 3 rooms and a hall cleaned up to 375 square feet for $89. This is a great deal, though note that 375 square feet makes for fairly small rooms.
